At Devon & Lang, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
